Here is an EP that keeps the humorous pop punk slant and mixes in a tad harsher, reckless behavior. This six song cd from Chicago's most delinquent is a pleasant surprise. Yes, you get the humor and shenanigans but the music is written very well. Actually, surprisingly well. I did not say the lyrics. I said the music. The lyrics are, well, let's forget about them, shall we? "No One Knows" had an odd, almost spoken-word beginning before unleashing an all out assault on the senses. "Britney Spears" I thought would be a bash but turns out to be a hopefully sarcastic love cry. The stupider this EP gets, the more genius it becomes. Considering it's DIY, the liner and cd art is awesome. Looks like the boys put a little dough and effort into this. Should be signed soon. They fit the Hopeless mold of bands quite well.
